We are thrilled to announce the opening of our first location in sunny Fort Lauderdale.
Saverio’s passion for the art of pizza making began many years ago when he made his first pizzas at home in our wood burning fireplace. A memorable trip to Napoli was just the push he needed to pursue his dream of opening a Neapolitan pizza shop. In 2015, Saverio’s Pizza Napoletana was born and we hit the ground running. We have grown each year and exceeded all of our hopes and dreams. Ranked the best Pizza shop in New York State by a recent poll on Yelp and coming in 4th in all of the United States, we are coming to South Florida humbled and excited for this new adventure!
Saverio along with our young pizzaiolo, Michael Maggio, will be launching Saverio’s at Yacht Haven this Fall. Our menu is made up of all of our favorite pizzas. We can’t wait for you to enjoy them all!
We hope to share our family recipes, family values and our love of pizza with all of our new guests!
Saverio’s will be offering outdoor seating to Yacht Haven residents as well as delivery to residents on and off property.

Our Story

Owner and pizzaiolo Saverio is a a certified pizzaiolo of the Associazione Pizzaiuoli Napoletani (Association of Neapolitan Pizza-makers).

D.O.P. Ingredients

San Marzano D.O.P. tomatoes can only grow in one place on Earth: outside Naples, near and around Mt. Vesuvius. The soil around the volcano is extraordinarily fertile, and rich in nutrients and minerals. We use real, imported San Marzano D.O.P. tomatoes (Pomodoro S. Marzano dell’Agro Sarnese-Nocerino D.O.P.) on our Margherita D.O.P. and Saverios Margherita pizzas!

OUR OVEN

At Yacht Haven, our pizzaioli are baking the pizzas in an imported Castelli oven. These superior Italian electric ovens provide even consistency and an even bake, creating an unforgettable taste. All pies are baked at over 600 degrees Fahrenheit in less than 3 minutes!
